Product Information<\/strong><\/p><p>We strive to display our products as accurately and completely as possible in descriptions and images.<\/p><ul><li>Afbeeldingen zijn een zo waarheidsgetrouw mogelijke weergave van het product.<\/li><li>Images are intended to provide the best possible representation of the product.<\/li><li>Colors may vary depending on screen settings.<\/li><li>For large lots, collections, or bulk products, variations may occur.<\/li><\/ul><p>For philatelic, numismatic, and gemstone-related items, slight imperfections may occur.<br\/>Postage stamps and collectible items are carefully inspected. However, an occasional issue may not always be noticed due to age and storage conditions. <\/p><p><strong>4. Formation of the Agreement<\/strong><\/p><p>An agreement is concluded once an order has been confirmed.<\/p><ol><li>The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information.<\/li><li>The order is only final after payment has been confirmed.<\/li><\/ol><p>We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information.<\/p><p><strong>5. Prices<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>All prices are stated in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.<\/li><li>Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.<\/li><li>Prices may change without prior notice.<\/li><li>Obvious pricing errors are not binding.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. Payment<\/strong><\/p><p>Payment must be completed before an order is processed.<br\/>Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.<br\/>Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order.<\/p><p><strong>7. Shipping and Delivery<\/strong><\/p><p>We generally ship orders:<\/p><ul><li>Ordered before 16:00 \u2192 shipped the same business day<\/li><li>Otherwise \u2192 shipped the next business day<\/li><\/ul><p>After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.<br\/>We ship via PostNL or another carrier. Actual delivery depends on the carrier.<br\/>If a package is damaged or does not arrive, we will handle this with the carrier and work together with you to find a solution. <\/p><p>For international shipments:<\/p><ul><li>Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p><p>You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.<br\/>After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.<\/p><p>Conditions:<\/p><ul><li>The product must be returned in its original condition and complete.<\/li><li>Damaged or used products may be refused or may result in depreciation charges.<\/li><li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/li><\/ul><p>After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method.<\/p><p>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:<\/p><ul><li>Specially assembled lots at the customer\u2019s request<\/li><li>Personalized products<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>9. Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>We are not liable for:<\/p><ul><li>Damage caused by improper use of the product<\/li><li>Indirect or consequential damages<\/li><li>Delays caused by carriers<\/li><\/ul><p>Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.<\/p><p><strong>10. Complaints Procedure<\/strong><\/p><p>Do you have a complaint?
