2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through WISHLER2000.com.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately and completely as possible in descriptions and images.
- Afbeeldingen zijn een zo waarheidsgetrouw mogelijke weergave van het product.
- Images are intended to provide the best possible representation of the product.
- Colors may vary depending on screen settings.
- For large lots, collections, or bulk products, variations may occur.
For philatelic, numismatic, and gemstone-related items, slight imperfections may occur.
Postage stamps and collectible items are carefully inspected. However, an occasional issue may not always be noticed due to age and storage conditions.
4. Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is concluded once an order has been confirmed.
- The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information.
- The order is only final after payment has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information.
5. Prices
- All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Obvious pricing errors are not binding.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We generally ship orders:
- Ordered before 16:00 → shipped the same business day
- Otherwise → shipped the next business day
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
We ship via PostNL or another carrier. Actual delivery depends on the carrier.
If a package is damaged or does not arrive, we will handle this with the carrier and work together with you to find a solution.
For international shipments:
- Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition and complete.
- Damaged or used products may be refused or may result in depreciation charges.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
After receiving and inspecting the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days using the same payment method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Specially assembled lots at the customer’s request
- Personalized products
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper use of the product
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by carriers
Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant product.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We will always try to reach a suitable solution in a reasonable manner.

11. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
Personal data is only used for:
- Processing orders
- Communication regarding your order
- Possible newsletters (only with consent)
Data will not be sold or provided to third parties, except when necessary for the execution of the agreement (for example carriers or payment providers).
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to force majeure, including:
- Disruptions at carriers
- Government measures
- Technical failures
- Natural disasters
13. Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
